Cpl. Vickie Lynne Salters was born on April 25, 1959 to the parentage of John and Shirley Salters in Terrell, Texas. Vickie departed this life on June 3, 2021 in Kaufman, Texas. Visitation will be Friday, June 11, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Thomas Memorial Chapel, 1114 East First North Street, Kaufman, Texas. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Calvary Baptist Church, 1609 Rand Road, Kaufman, Texas.
