Kiana Danielle Beasley was born on November 16, 2003, to Allen Beasley and Aubrie Hayes in Dallas,
Texas. Kiana attended school at Mesquite High School in Mesquite, Texas, where she graduated Class of
2022, followed by attending Langston University in Langston, OK, where she was studying for her
Criminal Justice Degree. She left college in 2023 due to health issues. Kiana accepted Christ as her
personal savior at Community Life Church in Forney, Texas, in 2013.
Kiana was someone who knew what she wanted and strived for it. Speaking to some of her employers,
she was polite, respectable, and always got the job done, whether it was photographer, traffic
controller, waitress, or clerk. Kiana loved and enjoyed playing softball, poker, crocheting, traveling, and
spending time with family and friends.
Kiana lived in North Texas for most of her life and moved to North Carolina in 2023, where she created a
life for herself and created a whole circle of love on the East Coast as well. People loved her wherever
she went. She brought meaning, laughter, and a kind of light that can never be replaced. She had a way
of being fully herself- kind, funny, creative, and determined and she left an impression on everyone who
truly knew her. When she loved, she did so with her whole heart.
She was preceded in death by her Grandfathers, Weldon Carl Smith, Allen Chambers, Ricky Brinkley,
and Thomas Hayes, her Uncles Rey Soto, Ronald Smith, Walter Smith, and Richard Brinkley
