Pre-Visitation for James will be Saturday, January 21, 2023, from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church, 321 Frank Street, Terrell, Texas. Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 21, 2023, 11:00 a.m. also at Shiloh Baptist Church, 321 Frank Street, Terrell, Texas. Pastor Dr. Alfred Hall officiating. Pastor Rev. Lonnie Cunigan eulogist.
